Guest name, phone, email, dates, and booking details are used only for reservation management and communication.
When you submit your details to start payment, we save them so the owner can help with an unfinished reservation. This does not confirm a room or subscribe you to marketing messages.
Payment is processed through Razorpay. Sensitive payment card details are not stored on this website.
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and whether guests navigate between pages, scroll through information, use booking controls, or select contact buttons. These analytics events do not include guest names, phone numbers, payment card numbers, or WhatsApp message contents. A contact-button click does not establish that a call or message was completed.
Optional Microsoft Clarity session recordings and heatmaps are enabled only after you select Allow on our analytics notice. We use them to improve page navigation, scrolling, and booking controls. Booking-page text and entered guest details are masked; payment credentials and WhatsApp message contents are not intentionally recorded. If you decline, Clarity is not loaded. You can clear your saved website data to reset this choice. Clarity analytics consent does not grant advertising personalization consent.
Data may be used for operational emails, check-in coordination, and legal compliance where required.
